GABULK FASHION STUDIO is a Nigerian fashion brand offering ready-to-wear collections, bespoke creations, made-on-request pieces and fitting services.

3. Products and Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, measurements and other information displayed on our website are accurate. However, colours may appear differently depending on your device or screen settings, and handmade or individually produced pieces may have minor variations. Such variations do not necessarily constitute a defect.

4. Prices

All prices displayed on the website are the prices applicable at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated. Where applicable, delivery charges, taxes, duties or other additional costs will be disclosed before payment. We reserve the right to change prices, but a price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted and paid for, except where permitted by law. 5. Orders

An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted where, for example, an item is unavailable or a clear pricing or technical error has occurred. We will notify you if we are unable to fulfil an accepted order and will provide any refund due.

Payment must be completed through the payment methods made available on our website. Orders will generally not be processed until payment has been successfully confirmed.

7. Ready-to-Wear

Ready-to-wear products are sold according to the sizes, descriptions and availability displayed on the website. Customers are responsible for reviewing the available size information and selecting the appropriate size before ordering. Where available, our size guide should be consulted before purchase.

8. Bespoke and Made-on-Request Pieces

Bespoke and made-on-request pieces may require consultation, measurements, fabric selection, design approval and/or fitting. Because these pieces are created specifically for an individual customer, special terms regarding deposits, production timelines, alterations, cancellations, returns and refunds may apply. These terms will be communicated to the customer before the bespoke order is confirmed.

9. Fittings

Fittings are available by appointment. Customers may be required to provide accurate measurements and other information necessary to create or alter a garment. Any fitting or alteration fees will be communicated before the service is undertaken.

10. Delivery

Delivery terms, charges and estimated delivery times are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise. Where there is an unavoidable delay, we will make reasonable efforts to inform the affected customer.

11. Returns and Exchanges

Our Returns & Exchanges Policy explains when ready-to-wear products may be returned or exchanged and the conditions that apply. Different rules may apply to bespoke, personalized or made-to-measure pieces, subject to applicable law. Nothing in our returns policy is intended to remove any rights that a consumer has under applicable Nigerian law. 3. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At GABULK FASHION STUDIO, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. Please review the following policy before ordering.

Ready-to-Wear Returns

You may request a return within 24 hours of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must: Be unworn Be in its original condition Have all original tags attached Not have been washed, altered or damaged Be returned with the original packaging where applicable Be free from make up, perfumes, stain, washing, alteration Exchanges are subject to availability. A customer may request an exchange for another size or, where available, another ready-to-wear item of equal value. Where the requested replacement is of a higher value, the price difference must be paid before the exchange is processed. Where the replacement is of a lower value, the price difference will be refunded. The cost of returning an item for an exchange due to a change of size, preference or choice is the responsibility of the customer. Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged or otherwise used after delivery will not be accepted for exchange. This exchange policy applies specifically to GABULK ready-to-wear purchases. Bespoke, made-to-measure and personalized garments are subject to our separate Bespoke & Made-to-Measure Policy. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Items That Cannot Be Returned The following may be excluded from returns or exchanges, subject to applicable law: Bespoke or made-to-measure garments Personalized garments Items that have been altered at the customer's request Items that have been worn, washed or damaged after delivery

Bespoke Orders

Because bespoke garments are created specifically for an individual customer, they are generally not eligible for return simply because the customer changes their mind. However, we will address genuine defects, production errors or issues covered by applicable law. Specific bespoke terms will be agreed before production begins.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method where reasonably possible. Refund will be made within 48hours. Delivery or return costs will be treated according to the circumstances of the return and applicable law. Important Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We deliver GABULK pieces to customers in Nigeria and, where available, to selected international destinations. Nigeria Delivery Delivery within Nigeria is available through our designated delivery partners. Estimated delivery time: 5-7 working days. Delivery fee: This is dependent on your location and will be communicated accordingly. Delivery times may vary depending on location, product availability, weekends, public holidays and circumstances outside our control.

Lagos Delivery

Estimated delivery time: 3-5 working days Delivery fee: This is dependent on you location, the prices will be communicated accordingly.

International Delivery

Where international delivery is available, delivery charges and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout or communicated before the order is confirmed. Customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. Bespoke and Made-on-Request Orders Bespoke and made-on-request pieces have different production timelines. The expected production and delivery timeline will be communicated before the order is confirmed.

Delivery Delays

We will make reasonable efforts to meet the stated delivery estimates. If a significant delay occurs, we will communicate with the affected customer and provide an appropriate update.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. If an order cannot be delivered because incorrect or incomplete information was provided, additional delivery charges may apply.
